Holland & Holland are thrilled to host a fabulous day of clay shooting, paired with a lunch to compliment our selection of wines from the cellars of Orin Swift of California.

David Swift Phinney, the expert wine maker has worked with our resident Chefs and Food & Beverage Manager Sean Arthur to create this wine paired event, with the wines leading the pairings to the dishes. The team have put together a tasting menu to compliment Orin Swift’s signature labels, including Machete, Abstract and Palermo to name a few.

Prior to your lunch, Head Instructor Chris Bird has curated a course of clay shooting stands sure to challenge your skills, whether you are a novice or experienced shot.

Schedule

9:00: Bacon rolls with hot beverages. Division into teams of four to six and
safety briefing.
10:15: Two hour shoot commences with instruction and practice on a variety
of sporting stands.
12:30: Orin Swift Experience begins with drinks reception and
canapés at The Lodge.
1:15: Sit down four-course lunch with Orin Swift wine pairings.
4.00: Private Orin Swift wine sales available for home delivery
and cash bar
