The No. 575 Sloe Gin, made with wild English sloe berries, British sugar and Holland & Holland’s proprietary No. 527 London Dry Gin, has been extensively barrel-aged in American bourbon cherrywood smoked casks for a satisfyingly rich flavour. The No. 575 Sloe Gin recalls the serial number of an early gun, made to the exacting specifications of the company’s founder Harris Holland.
